Father's Day with the Reed clan

Mark and Paxton...

Me and Olivia...
Interesting conversation about hotrods...

Sarah, Olive & Clara...

And continuing the remodel...

Framing perimeter walls and windows...

Sheetrocking the basement...

Patching the hole in the kitchen where the chimney used to be...

And of course, making new holes where we can...

We finally got a furnace just in time for summer!

It sure was a cold winter, but at least we will be warm this summer! Sarah's brother put this new gas furnace in, along with all new ductwork. It was actually done around the beginning of April, and since we had a long, cold spring, we have really enjoyed it! We also had a new central vaccuum system installed... you can see that in this picture also.

Sarah's brother also finished all the electrical wiring in the basement, along with phone and cable...

Sarah's beautiful new couch!

Upstairs Bedroom & Bathroom

The electrical upstairs got finished in the top floor...

Then we insulated and put in the vapor barrier, and we had a guy put in the sheetrock...

And now we get to tape and mud the sheetrock... fun stuff!

My friend Bill did the tile work...

Nice new tile floors!

More remodel pictures

Here are some more pictures of things we've accomplished on our remodel project. Sarah's brother helped frame up the basement and top floor rooms, we have a plumber who has plumbed in 3 new bathrooms, and we've put in lots of new windows...
